Mobile Banking

ISB Mobile Banking is available to current Online Banking customers. It offers account information at your fingertips with features that vary amongst text banking, mobile web, and mobile app.

To use text banking or mobile web, you will need to enroll your device by logging into Online Banking and selecting the Administration menu. To use our mobile app, you will need to download the ISB Mobile App from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android Phone/Tablet) and complete the registration steps to enroll your device.

  • Text Banking allows you to quickly request and receive account balance and transaction history via text message using select text commands.
  • Mobile Web allows you to access your account balance, transaction history, transfer funds, or pay bills from your phone’s web browser by visiting and logging into your Online Banking profile.
  • Mobile App allows you to access your account balance, transaction history, transfer funds, deposit checks, or pay bills.

Mobile Bill Pay

With Mobile Bill Pay, you can conveniently pay bills to any existing payee from anywhere using the mobile app. To use this feature, you need to be an Online Banking customer enrolled in both Mobile Banking and Bill Pay.

Mobile Passcode

If you use the ISB Mobile App, there is a sign-in option that will make the process much easier.

Mobile Passcode allows you to select a four-digit passcode to sign in to Online Banking, as opposed to the User ID and Password you currently use. The passcode must be four numeric characters, 0-9, with no ascending/descending sequential digits or four repeating digits.

The passcode authentication will allow you to view:

  • Accounts
  • Balances
  • Account activity

If you would like to access additional secured features, such as transfers, bill pay, or check deposits, you will be prompted to sign in with full credentials at that time.
